Cilj modula

Ta modul je namenjen opremljanju udeležencev z znanjem, veščinami in tehnikami, potrebnimi za učinkovito podporo udeležencem, ki se soočajo z motnjami zaradi uporabe psihoaktivnih snovi. Z raziskovanjem kognitivno-vedenjske terapije in motivacijskega intervjuja bodo udeleženci razvili celostno razumevanje praks, utemeljenih na dokazih, za spodbujanje okrevanja, izboljšanja in dobrega.

Program je strukturiran v dve enoti in vključuje možnosti za poglobljeno učenje, praktične vaje ter refleksijo. Primeren je tako za samostojno učenje kot za skupinsko delo. Udeležencem se priporoča, da med enotami vzamejo premore po potrebi.

Učni cilji

Po zaključku tega modula bodo udeleženci znali:

  • Razumeti temeljna načela in uporabo kognitivno-vedenjske terapije v kontekstu uporabe psihoaktivnih snovi.
  • Analizirati kognitivno-vedenjski model in njegov pomen za zdravljenje zlorabe substanc.
  • Učinkovito uporabljati KVT-tehnike za obravnavo motenj zaradi uporabe substanc.
  • Prepoznati pogoste izzive pri delu s strankami z motnjami zaradi uporabe substanc in uporabiti strategije za njihovo premagovanje.
  • Zgraditi in vzdrževati močan terapevtski odnos za spodbujanje pozitivnih rezultatov pri strankah.
  • Kritično razmisliti o njihovi uporabi tehnik KVT in prepoznati področja za osebno in poklicno rast.
  • Razumeti bistvene elemente in vodilna načela motivacijskega intervjuvanja.
  • Uporabiti šest korakov motivacijskega intervjuvanja v scenarijih intervencije pri zlorabi substanc.
  • Analizirati študije primerov za prepoznavanje učinkovitih strategij in pristopov motivacijskega intervjuvanja.
  • Pokazati empatijo in učinkovito komunikacijo za motiviranje strank k spremembi vedenja.
