Cilj modula

Ta izobraževalni modul je zasnovan tako, da udeležencem zagotovi bistveno znanje in veščine o tem, kako usmerjati svoje vedenje, da bi spoštovali etične temelje in raznolikost vsake osebe z motnjo zaradi uporabe substanc (SUD), s katero pridejo v stik. Vključuje informacije o etiki, stigmi, pravnem okviru, zaupnosti, podpornem sistemu in načinih napotitve pri pristopu in obravnavi zasvojenosti od prepovedanih drog. To bo izboljšalo veščine udeležencev za obravnavanje in reševanje občutljivih problemov, ki se lahko pojavijo v procesu zdravljenja in okrevanja.

Učni cilji

Znanje

  • Poznati koncept etike in specifične etike v zvezi z zasvojenostmi.
  • Poznati etične temelje v procesu intervencije pri delu z osebami, ki trpijo za motnjami zaradi uporabe substanc (SUD).
  • Poznati relevantne vidike, povezane z raznolikostjo v smislu etike pri zasvojenostih.
  • Poznati koncept stigme in zakaj se lahko pojavi.

 

Veščine

  • Izvajanje intervencije ob upoštevanju etičnih temeljev pri soočanju z etičnimi dilemami.
  • Interakcija z uporabniki substanc ob upoštevanju vseh vidikov raznolikosti: kulturna raznolikost, starostna raznolikost, spol, etnična pripadnost, vera, invalidnost, socialno-ekonomski položaj.
  • Razumeti koncepte stigme in jih upoštevati pri obravnavi SUD.

 

Kompetence

  • Uspešno uporabljati etične temelje s strani zdravstvenega delavca.
  • Učinkovito obravnavati etična vprašanja/dileme, ki se lahko pojavijo med zdravljenjem uporabnikov substanc.
  • Prilagoditi svoje ravnanje glede na raznolikost vsakega posameznika in specifike vsakega uporabnika substanc, s katerim pridejo v stik v svojih poklicnih dejavnostih.
